How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed after 14:00 may take an extra day's delivery.
UK delivery options
UK Delivery DHL (£6.00 or free on orders over £100) - Fully tracked signed for service within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email / text message informing you of the estimated delivery date and time within a 1-hour window. If you are unable to sign for the delivery then there is the option to reschedule or leave with a neighbour. A calling card will be left to rearrange if the delivery is unsuccessful.
Collect From Store (Free) - This service allows you to collect your parcel from one of our 4 stores.
Please note that this service relies on our weekly deliveries around the stores and may take up to 5 days depending on the store delivery schedule for each week. If you require further information please call the team on 020 7247 6254.
NB: During the checkout you are asked for your mobile telephone number, this is for the courier company to keep you up to date with your delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK
All international orders are dispatched with DHL (£20.00 or free on orders over £150) and deliver to most countries within 2 to 5 working days. All packets require a signature and therefore cannot be delivered to a PO BOX. If you would like us to dispatch your parcel using a different courier company (e.g. Royal Mail) please get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
We guarantee to refund any full price item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt.
All returned items must be sent with a returns number that can be obtained by emailing email@example.com. This will help ensure your return or exchange is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. Please include the completed returns form stating the reason for your return and what you wish to do - exchange or refund. Please include a phone number just in case we have any questions. We will contact you if there is a difference in value to the original transaction to organise payment or refund. Albam will cover the cost of dispatching exchanged items
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Returns by Post
If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation cover for the value of contents) or a delivery service such as DHL, please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.
Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Returns policy for purchases in store
Items purchased in store can be returned in person within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund if the goods are faulty or unsuitable.
Items bought in sale or at a discounted rate are available for an exchange or credit note within seven days from date of purchase.
Refunds can only be made at the store the item was originally purchased at. Items can be exchanged between stores.
Proof of purchase is required and the goods must be in their original condition.
Returns policy for sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded outside the 7 day cooling off period determined by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
If you would like to return an item within this period you will need to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outside of this 7 day period we will be happy to offer a like for like exchange or a credit note.
Please note all sale returns need to be returned unworn in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
